"We came hungry and were not disappointed! Husband and I ordered the Shawarma platter which came with a little of everything. It was all wonderful. I forgot to get a picture. Meats were tender. The salad was bright, flavorful, and included fresh herbs. Our 4 year old loved the lentil soup. We will be back next time we're in town."

"Good food, We have noticed some changes, though, from excellent dishes in the past to rather good now. The food has also diminished on the plates. The prices have "evolved," too, from good to even expensive, that is, almost less affordable. We liked the musaka a lot here, but it has been "improved" to such a degree that we have given up on it. Instead, we have found a recipe on the Web and we make a better musaka at home. We are grateful to the La Pita cook for the push that helped us make our own musaka dish!"

"This place was so amazing!!! I've never had such fresh and homemade-tasting Mediterranean/ Lebanese food before! I appreciate how the restaurant is family run, and everything is super fresh! The quality of the food felt unparalleled by a lot of restaurants in the Michiana area. When deciding what to order, our waiter was super helpful, and the food was ready quickly. I definitely will be coming here again! I recommend their smoothies and fresh juices as well as the shawarma."

"Love the food. Soup was as authentic as you get, Salad was fresh crisp and delicious too. I'd recommend ordering Shawarma as a sandwich instead of a lunch plate. Falafel and Hummus were both delicious. Service could've been a tad more pleasant, but since it's a family owned place I understand as hey might be busy running everything. All in all 5 stars, definitely recommend if you're craving Mediterranean."

"Nice and clean place on top very hospitable & welcoming owner. Food was so tasty and succulent we got the combination family size for 5 and we still had plenty of leftovers for next day. Without a doubt a great gem in St. Joseph MI."

"An okay Mediterranean restaurant... They seemed to have run out of a bunch of menu items. We ordered the combo platter and some of the items were replaced or missing. A heads up on the change would have been nice. Not a bad place, food was pretty good and the service was friendly."
